Since 2012, InfernoRed has worked to create a place where experienced engineers can do their best work and focus on solving real-world problems with clean code, smart teams, and modern tech.

Our fully remote team spans the country and brings deep experience, curiosity, and a shared passion for building great software. We take pride in our craft, collaborate without ego, and deliver work we’re proud of every day, because that’s what our clients count on.

100% Remote Work

We have been a distributed team since we started and we will stay that way. All our developers are US-based and work from wherever they call home. We have office space in Northern Virginia. We bring the team together as often as possible because everyone wants to be together sometimes.

Trust is Embedded

We trust our team. We do not micromanage, and we treat everyone with respect. We support our developers. We encourage open and collaborative communication about everything from project work to company operations.

Awesome Colleagues

Our team is awesome. We look for experienced developers who care about code and like to share what they know. In addition to being tech experts, we are bloggers, authors, gamers, builders, advocates, parents, actors, and travelers – just to name a few. We look out for each other, we learn from each other, and we create amazing things together.
