About the Event
Enter the Inferno is a live, pitch event focused on hobby tech held at the National Sports Collectors Convention.
The event is sponsored by InfernoRed Technology and Sports Cards Live and will take place on the Main Stage on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Enter the Inferno will feature pitches from 3 entrepreneurs working on technology innovations for sports collectibles.
Each contestant will have 10 minutes to pitch their idea for a panel of 4 expert judges for the opportunity to gain audience exposure, expert feedback, and support from experts.

Anyone, 18 years or older, who has an idea and is working on a technology product, app, or website for sports cards, collectibles, or anything else hobby-related.

The show will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, on the Main Stage at the National Sports Collectors Convention. You must have admission to the National Sports Collectors Convention to participate.
All contestants who make it to the main stage will receive advice and feedback from experts on the panel, and non-cash prizes to be awarded on the day of the event. Examples include free technical services, free promotional podcast interview, and tickets to next year’s National Sports Collectors Convention.

Your pitch time is 10 minutes in length and must cover your idea, tool, or concept; the technology behind it; your target audience; benefit to the hobby; and any relevant data (sales to date, users to date). The time allocation of 10 minutes will include your pitch, expert interrogation, and offers.
You will be presenting your idea on a public stage with no expectation of IP protection or NDA.
