Pamela Vong is a polyglot senior software engineer/architect and technical lead who cares about diversity and technology, best practices, clean code, UI and UX, STEM education, and making the world a better place with code. She was a former Director for Women Who Code DC where she mentored and encouraged women to pursue careers in software development. Pamela has also volunteered as a mentor/teacher/speaker for organizations such as Girls Who Code, Rails Girls, DC Web Women, and FabFems. DCFemTech has given her the "Powerful Women Programmers/Engineers" award in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Pamela also received the "Trending 40: The New Power Women of DC Tech" award in 2017. At InfernoRed, Pamela had significant roles on projects for NASA JPL, Sesame Street, Conservation International, Microsoft, Capital One, Sports Illustrated Play, Discovery Communications, and many more.
